Chicken Alfredo - 17 Day Diet Recipe

Chicken Alfredo
Granted, this isn't really a Chicken Alfredo recipe in the classic sense, but is tastes great so who cares.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts- cubed
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
3 cups broccoli
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 12 oz. can chicken broth
1 8 oz. bar fat free cream cheese
1 packet Ranch dressing powder mix

Instructions:
Saute chicken in olive oil.  Add vegetables and half of the chicken broth. In a separate sauce pan heat: half of the chicken broth, cream cheese and the Ranch dressing mix.  Add sauce to saute pan and serve.
